Yesterday, I found some information on here that explained it was caused by a bad update, and I carried out steps in Admin Powershell that cleared it (I can remember it involved closing "TrustedInstaller.exe" and then deleting the files) - today it is back again and my SSD is full (this cannot be doing my SSD much good).
